All of our food is prepared without seed oils. Our desserts are sweetened with maple or coconut sugar, most of our food is gluten free, or can be made gluten free. Our breads are homemade with sourdough culture. We strive to use organic ingredients and regeneratively sourced, grass-fed, or pasture raised whenever possible.
